Starbucks has been overwhelmed after customers signing up for the $5 Card Rewards program would receive two free hours of Wi-Fi service from AT&T.Top Story: Starbucks Launches Free Wi-Fi Service

Starbucks announced that it will offer two free hours of Wi-Fi service.

The problem started in the morning and was solved by midday on the West Coast. The problem affected visitors in the United States and Canada trying to sign onto Starbucks. The Card Rewards program was first announced in February when Starbucks said it would begin using AT&T as the provider of in-store Wi-Fi service. Starbucks said that it plans to roll out A&T Wi-Fi in all of its United States stores by the end of this year.
